Clothes Shopping for a Long Sleeve Dress

I went clothes shopping with my friend and she came over to me and told me I had to check out the long sleeve dresses. She saw a couple she wanted to buy and wanted my opinion about the dresses. I set the bag of men’s socks down and went to check them out with my friend. She was right there were some nice long sleeve dresses and they would look great on her too.

First, she showed me a wonderful black dress that had sequins on the back with a lacy material. One arm was in the lacy sequin design and the other sleeve was made of the dress material, which was chiffon. The dress would definitely accent her curves and revealed just enough through the lace material that it did not need to be short. The sexy dress went to the knees but looked very sharp and classy.

The second dress my friend wanted me to look at was another long sleeve black dress that was tailor cut. It had straight shoulders two pleated sides on the front and had a short neck. The dress was pretty and could be worn anywhere. I ask her to show me the third dress she had in mind.

We walked over to another long sleeve dress. This one had black laced arms and the main part of the dress was black with large blue flowers and green leaves printed on it. The dress was pretty however, it was an evening dress and I would not choose to wear it to work.

I knew my friend was getting ready to go out on a date. What I did not know was how she wanted to use the dress after her date. Was it something she wanted to wear to work down the road? I asked what her plans were and she told me that she was interested in wearing the long sleeve dress to work as well.

Knowing this I suggested she either put the third dress back or buy it for date nights only due to the short style. Then I told her the second dress she showed me was classy and professional. She could wear the long sleeve dress to the theater, a concert, or work and look great. Then we talked about the first dress. The lace on the back would depend on how comfortable she was showing her back from the shoulder blades up to the top of the shoulder and down one sleeve at work. The dress was beautiful and I could not see anything wrong with wearing the dress to a job but would probably opt not to wear it to work myself.

All of the long sleeve dresses my friend picked out were beautiful and a perfect fit to go on a date. I would feel most comfortable wearing the second dress. My friend wanted the first dress but could not decide on which long sleeve dress to pick. She ended up buy two long sleeve dresses. She put the third dress back for a later date.
