Axial Vector Energy Hires Director of Strategic Planning.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 9, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Axial Vector Energy Corporation (Pink Sheets: AXVC) (Frankfurt: BAE1) announces today the hiring of Mr. Behzad Khakouei as Director of Strategic Planning. Mr. Khakouei will be the chief liaison with the international investment community and will assist with strategic implementation by the sales and marketing teams. Based in London and Dubai, Mr. Khakouei will also help coordinate legal, accounting, and compliance efforts to list Axial Vector stock on more reputable exchanges in both the United States and Germany.
Mr. Khakouei led the due diligence team for Emirates International Capital Advisory and also is a large investor in AVEC commercialization efforts in his capacity as President of EAST Com LTD, a private British Investment Company.
